Returns and Refund Policy

At StyleinHand, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.
Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimate or hygiene-related products
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Below is our return policy to guide you through the return and replacement process:
Eligibility for Return
-> Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
-> The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
-> If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
-> Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Important Notes
-> Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
-> We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
We aim to make the return and replacement process as seamless as possible.
Order Cancellation
Physical Products
-> Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped
-> Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
Refund Policy
No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. However, we may make exceptions in the following cases:
-> Product Not Received
-> If the product is lost in transit
-> If the wrong product is delivered
-> If the product is damaged during shipping
Refund Process (When Applicable)
If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@styleinhand.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped.
